Jenny from the blog has listed her penthouse apartment in Manhattan‘s Flatiron District for $26,950,000. Purchased back in 2014 for $22 million, the home features four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. This penthouse has over 6,500 square feet of interior space and 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, including four terraces spread over two floors. Located in the Whitman Mansion, a prewar, ultra-high-end condominium, Jennifer Lopez’ pad is one of only four residencies in the building, all overlooking Madison Square Park.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt: Brooklyn, $8M

The dynamic duo has listed their seven-bed, three-and-a-half bath home in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood for $8 million. The four story limestone townhouse was built in 1909 in French Renaissance Revival style. The home was purchase by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt in 2016 for $6 million. Measuring 5200-square-feet, the garden level features a front guest suite, large family room with exposed ceiling beams, and a laundry room. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and an impeccably appointed hall bath with skylight.

Jon Bon Jovi: West Village, $16M

Legendary singer and frontman of Bon Jovi is selling his stunning condo in the uber-luxurious 150 Charles Street building for $15,950,000, down from the originally listed price of $17,250,000. This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is in full-service doorman/concierge building, which also contains an Olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub and plunge pool, large gym, sauna and steam rooms, play room and party room with kitchen and giant flat screen TV.

Chris Rock: Brooklyn, $3.85M

Comedian Chris Rock has recently put up his in the Clinton Hill neighborhood on the market. Built in 1901, the historic carriage house features wood-beam ceilings, exposed brick walls, and a rooftop terrace. Purchased by Rock back in the 1990s, it celebrated his rise to fame as a cast member on “SNL”. The three-bed, two-and-a-half-bath home is a total of 3,700 square feet of loft-like living. It still has some of the original details, which date back more than 100 years, according to the listing agent.
